i'm reading paris to the moon, which i believe i've mentioned to you before. i can't remember for certain, so if not, it's a wonderful glimpse into paris from an american's perspective. i'll tell you something. even if you weren't interested in paris, you should read it anyway to savor his writing.
so in his book, mr. gopnik describes what he believes to be the most beautiful walk in the world. it starts at the institute de france, goes through the louvre and tuileries and on down the champs de elysses. it finishes at the arc de triomphe.
we made it better by adding notre dame at the front end and chanel at the back end.
Anne, I saw you add your blog's link to FB a few weeks ago and have been creeping it ever since ;). I love all of your photos- they're so beautiful! You made me go back and look at all the pics my husband and I took when we were in Paris for a few days several years ago. Makes me ache to go back. Your baby boy is precious! Looks like you're doing well and I'm excited to continue to check in on your blog.
