nik and i recently admitted to each other that we feel that we're not taking full advantage of the fact that we're living in a fabulous foodie town.

nik's friend was in town from germany a few weeks ago, and in celebration, we went to franklin's.

the funny thing about texas is that everyone seems to have "the best" barbeque. HOWEVER. this has literally been named as the best barbeque in america. by these guys. and they know what they're doing.
